Mrs. Brems died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 1996, at Laurelwood Healthcare Center, Rock Island.
The former Marian Stickfort was born Sept. 30, 1920, in Oelwein, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Clara Eichmeire Stickfort. She married Floyd Elsbury Sept. 28, 1940. She later married Marshall Brems Sept. 22, 1967, in Cambridge.
Mrs. Brems was a homemaker.
Survivors include the widower; daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Lloyd Corwin, Illinois City, and Marian and Larry Adams, Nashville, Tenn.; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Pat Elsbury, Moline, Randy and Rosann Elsbury, Carbon Cliff, and Terry and Cathy Elsbury, Taylor Ridge; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Evelyn B. and Paul Campbell, of California, Dorothy and Wayne Billman, Waterloo, Viola I. Fullmer, Aurora, and Darlene and George Wiler, Branson, Mo.
