Lillian M. Buggy, 73, of 4243-J Catalina Lane, Colonial Park, formerly of Williamstown, died Thursday in Polyclinic Hospital. She retired from the former Olivetti Corp., Susquehanna Twsp and was a Protestant. She was the widow of Francis J. Buggy. Surviving are a daughter Carol A. Heilig of Harrisburg; two brothers, Robert and Marlin Fromme, both of Lykens; and a sister, Ethel Manfred of Middletown. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Corl Funeral Home Williamstown, Burial will be in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Williamstown.
