16, 2006 at Rush County Nursing Home, La
Crosse.
She was born Nov. 8,1920, to Philip Schwartz
Jr. and Lydia (Herman) Schwartz.
She married Leslie W. Rein on Sept. 8,1940, in
Bazine. He preceded her in death Jan. 9,2003.
She was a nurse's aide at Rush County
Memorial Hospital, La Crosse.
Survivors include a son, Thomas L. Rein,
Topeka; a daughter, Paula J. Mounts, San
Antonio, Fla.; a brother, Larry Schwartz,
Hutchinson; a sister, Evelyn Herrick,
Kansas City, Kan.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Alan
Kent Rein, and a grandson, Jason Scheele.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday
at United Methodist Church, La Crosse;
burial at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Bazine Cemetery.
