ola Jeddeloh, age 94, of Sibley, Iowa, mother of Larry Jeddeloh, formerly of New Richland, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at Sibley Nursing and Rehab in Sibley.

Graveside Services will be Saturday, October 15, 2011, at 3:00 P.M. at St. Peter Cemetery in New Richland, Minnesota.

Pola Ann Jeddeloh was born on September 28, 1917, in New Richland Township, Waseca County, Minnesota. She was the daughter of John and Lena (Maslakov) Miskoff. She lived her youth in New Richland, Minnesota, where she attended school and graduated from high school. She received her teaching degree and later received a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in education from Mankato State University. She taught in New Richland, Minnesota area, for almost 50 years. She retired when she was 68.

She was united in marriage to Wilbert Jeddeloh of Waldorf, Minnesota on October 4, 1941, in Waseca, Minnesota. They lived in New Richland. Wilbert passed away on December 16, 1992. Pola continued to live in New Richland until 2001, when she moved to Oak Park Place in Albert Lea, Minnesota. In September of 2007, her son, Larry Jeddeloh moved her to Sibley, Iowa, to Sibley Nursing and Rehab, to be closer to him.
She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in New Richland, Minnesota.

Pola and Wilbert enjoyed traveling and their goal was to be in all of the 50 states, which they almost met. They enjoyed fishing and camping with the family.

Pola will be remembered as a loving and caring mother who enjoyed the simple things in life.

She passed away on Wednesday, October, 12, 2011, at the Sibley Nursing and Rehab in Sibley, Iowa.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son and daughter-in-law: Larry and Deb Jeddeloh of Sibley, IA; her daughter and son-in-law: Julie Ann and Paul Clemons of Lakeville, MN; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one sister: Zena Finlayson of Maple Grove, MN; 2 brothers: Victor and Marcella Miskoff of Omaha, NE, William and Gladys Miskoff of Hutchison, MN.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years: Wilbert Jeddeloh; one sister: Lola Hagen.
