Palmyra--Edward J. Fabian, 66, died Sunday in the Jefferson County Hospital after a year's illness.
Born in Brookfield, Ill., the son of John and Minnie Fabian, he married Alveretta Baldwin of Palmyra in Milwaukee Oct. 19, 1924. The couple lived in Fort Atkinson for several years before moving to Palmyra.
Survivors are his wife; a stepson, Raymond Chapman, Fort Atkinson; three sons, Richard, Edward and Earl, all of Milwaukee; a daughter, Arlette at home; two brothers, Oscar and George of Milwaukee; and 16 grandchildren. A daughter and a son preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Home, the Rev. Roy Warren Sigwalt, Whitewater, officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Palmyra. Friends may call at the funeral home this afternoon and until time of service
