Shirley Ann Adel, age 76, a resident of Lake City, Columbia, Florida , died Saturday, May 28, 2005 in the North Florida Regional Hospital, in Gainesville, Alachua, Fl. She had lived in Lake City for the past 46 years having moved there from Miami,Dade, Fl. She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Ann Lang Paul. She was the wife of the late Dr. Frank Adel and was a registered nurse for over 40 years. She is survived by 3 sons: David (Sue) Adel and Daniel Adel of Lake City, Fl. and Doug (Lisa) Adel of Gainesville, Fl. Graveside services were held on 05/29/2005 with Rabbi Michael Matucan officiating.
