Mrs. Anna Niermann passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. G. Kroger, 18th and Wheeler streets, at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, following injuries and resultant shock she sustained when she fell down a flight of stairs at the Kroger home three weeks ago, in which she received a fracture of the hip. She was aged 77 years, 4 months and 19 days.
Surviving her are two sons, Rev. L. Niermann, Altamont, Ill., Ernest, of Polk, Neb., and four daughters, Mrs. Anna Blunkel, Brighton, Colo.; Mrs. Walter Ernstmeyer and Mrs. E. G. Kroger, both of this city. Her husband and an infant child preceded her in death.
Brief services will be held at the Kroger residence at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. H. Wilkens officiating, after which the body will be taken overland to Polk, Neb., where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
