Fred, age 88, passed away at Valley Vista Good Samaritan in Wamego. He was the son of Henry and Martha (Brunswick) Stueve. He married Nadine Karman on May 11, 1950, in rural Junction City, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, his daughters, Susan Lunas, Betty Schwoebel-Mills, Bonnie Kurka, and Nancy Dekat, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Walter Stueve, Gilbert Stueve, and Esther Kennedy. Funeral services were held at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Wamego. Burial was in St. Pauls Lutheran Cemetery in rural Junction City.
