Edward J. Brilbeck, 2431 Falls Rd., Marcellus Falls died April 1. A native of Syracuse, he had lived in Marcellus Falls 40 years. He retired as a foreman with Martisco Paper Co. in 1979. His wife, Frances Brilbeck died in 1981. He is survived by two daughters, Lee Ann Haefele of Norwalk, Conn., and Mary Brilback at home; three sons, Michael Brilback of Syracuse, Jerry Brilback at home, and Thomas Brilbeck of Rochester; three sisters, Millicent Adsit of Baldwinsville; and Jane Petta, and Elizabeth Brilbeck, both of Syracuse; three brothers, John Brilbeck of Camillus, and Joseph Brilbeck, and Richard Brilbeck, both of Syracuse; a grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, at Ryan Funeral Home, Marcellus, and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Francis Xavier Church. A mass of the resurrection will be celebrated at 9 a.m. April 8 in St. Francis Xavier Church. Spring burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus. Contributions may be made to the Friends of Children Foundation, Darien, Conn.
