Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday at Seven Dolors Catholic Church for Rose Beuning, 99, who died Wednesday at Arlington Place, St Joseph.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 P.M. Friday at the church in Albany. Albany Senior Citizens, St. Mathilda's Mission Group and St. Ann's Society will pray the rosary at 4:30 P.M. Friday at the church in Albany followed by Seven Dolors Christian Mothers at 7:30 and Seven Dolors parish prayers at 8.
Arrangements were made by Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home, Albany.
Rose Beuning was born in Krain Township to John and Catherine (Fichtinger) Thell. She married Herman Beuning on Aug. 23, 1921, in St. Anthony. The couple lived in St. Cloud for a few years, then moved to the Freeport area. In 1925, they purchased a farm in St. Francis. They farmed until 1961, when they retired and moved to Albany. She was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church, St. Ann's Society, St. Mathilda's Mission Group, Albany Senior Citizens and Seven Dolors Christian Mothers.
Survivors include her children, Dorothy Wald and Anthony of Avon, Norbert of Burtum, Lorraine Hammond, Mary Jane Blommel and Bernadine Ettle of Freeport, Theresa Roerick of Albany, Irene Lund of St. Cloud, Walter of Bemidji; sisters, Mary Sinderman and Anna Roerick of Melrose; 44 grandchildren; 85 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1973; son, Victor; one grandson; and brothers and sisters, Martin, John, Brother Stephen, OSB, Joseph, Barbara Ballman and Lena Halbauer.
