NESS CITY - Rosalie Doris Gross, 75, died
March 15, 1999, at Ness County Hospital, Ness City.

She was bom Dec. 1, 1923, at
Milberger, the daughter of David and Amalia "Mollle" Tittel.

A longtime Ness County resident, living at
Grant's Pass, Ore. from 1964 to 1974, she was a homemaker.

She belonged to the Lutheran Church.

On Oct. 30, 1924, she married Robert M.
Gross at Scott City. He died March 3,1987.

Survivors Include: two sons, Lynn,
Junction City, and Robert E., River Ridge,
La; two daughters, Marclle Burnett,
Dighton, and Nlkkl Pfaff, Plainville; a
brother, Helmuth, Bazlne; 10
grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;
and many nephews and nieces.

She was preceded In death by two sons,
Darrell and Wayne; a brother, Wilbur; and
three sisters, Elma Mauch, Viola Tittel and
Irene Mortey.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at
Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.
Burial will be in Bazlne Cemetery. Memorials
may be sent to the American Cancer
Society or Purdue House, Wichita, both in care of the funeral home.
