Henry Luth full name is Heinrich Friedrich Christian Kaspar Luth.

Henry C. Luth, 74, died November 16 in a Sunnyside Hospital.

Mr. Luth was born in Germany and came to the United States when he was 15 years old. He lived at Galveston, Texas before moving to California where he spent his early years. He served during World War I in the United States Army. Following his military service he continued to make his home in California and was employed as an operating engineer at San Jose. Following the death of his wife, the late Verna P. Luth, he came to Sunnyside, having made his home at 106 South Ninth St.

Henry Luth is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hicks and Henrietta Luth of Missouri and one son, John H. Luth of California. Also surviving are six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Graveside services for Mr. Luth were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 19, at Mount Hope Cemetery in Morgan Hill, California under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
