Eugene was named after his Uncle Eugene Rup born 16 Jan 1938, four days before his nephew.

Eugene worked at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in the Laboratory, in the early 1960s, as a Laboratory Technician. Please see additional pictures to see Gene at work in the '60s.

On Nov. 25, 1961, Eugene, age 23, a "Lab Teck" residing on River Road, Whatley, married at Putney, Windham County, Vermont, Patricia Molloy, age 19, a Student Nurse, born in Somerville, MA; residing at Straits Rd., North Hatfield, MA, the daughter of Edward Molloy, born Philadelphia, PA and his wife, Margaret Noonan, born Charleston, MA. Eugene last resided 10099 Shelburn Dr., Loveland, Hamilton County, OH, 45140-7771. Burial in St Stanislaus Cemetery, South Deerfield, MA 01373
