Chrisma was born May 17, 1926, in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, to Clarence and Chrisma (Servick) Skoien.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 26, 2007, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Northfield. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow the service.
Survivors include her husband of almost 60 years, Reidar; 5 children: Reidar Dittmann Jr. of Seattle, Solveig Dittmann and partner Dale Case of Oakdale, Rolf Dittmann and wife Jill Greenhalgh of Stillwater, Kristin Dittmann and husband Stephen Huffman of Maple Grove, Lisa Dittmann and partner Janine Stiles of Minneapolis; 6 grandchildren: Megan, Andrea, Drew, Luke, Samuel and Gustav; one brother, Col. Clarence "Bud" Skoien and wife Jean of Tampa; 2 brothers-in-law and their wives: Sigurd and Borgny Dittmann of Oslo, Norway, Erling and Ellen "Vesla" Dittmann of Tonsberg, Norway; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials are preferred to St. Olaf College or St. John's Lutheran Church.
Arrangements are with the Benson & Langehough Funeral Home.
