Elaine Sandra Allamon, age of 71, of 120 South Cross, Georgetown died on Sunday, July 7th in the Georgetown St. David Hospital.
Elaine lived in Georgetown for 40+ years; she was born on October 1st, 1941, the daughter of the late William Joseph Drab Sr. and Sophie (Bordovsky) Drab. She worked and retired from I.R.S. after 35 years of services. She loved spending time with her family, friends, working crossword puzzles as well as she loved to garden.
Surviving are her brother, William J Drab and his children: daughter, Andrea Drab and son, Michael Drab and wife Tommie; Elaine's three children: son, Bruce D. Allamon and wife Dana of Taylor, daughter, Lori L Tippie and husband Kenneth Austin of Georgetown and son, Brad D. Allamon and wife Jackie of Georgetown; 8 grandchildren: Cherie Floyd, Riley Pekar, Blaine Floyd, Reid Allamon, Cody Austin, Sheldon Allamon, Cierra Winters and Zachary Allamon; 5 great grandchildren; and Don Allamon.
A visitation will be held for family and friends at Ramsey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home. Burial will be at LaGrange City Cemetery in LaGrange, Texas under the direction of Ramsey Funeral Home.
