Mr. Facciolo was born in Clifton Heights. He was a 1945 graduate of Villanova University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in economics.
Mr. Facciolo was a licensed real estate broker and developer and worked for the Trent Construction Co. Inc. in Broomall. He was also president of the Clifton Heights Fire Co. and chairman of the Boy Scouts of America Fundraising Outing in 1980.
Mr. Facciolo was a member of the advisory board of the Marple police and a member of the board of directors of the Springfield Federal Savings and Loan Association. He also belonged to the Delaware County Planning Commission, the Clifton Heights Businessmen's Association, the Home Builders Association of Philadelphia and Suburban Counties, where he served as president and chairman. He was a member of St. Pius X Church, Broomall.
Mrs. Facciolo was also president of the Pennsylvania Builders Association and an official of the National Association of Home Builders. He was a member of the Llanerch Country Club, the Knights of Columbus, and the Rotary Club. He enjoyed golf, bridge, photography and gardening.
He was the son of the late Raymond and Stella Mazzatelli Facciolo.
Survivors: Wife of 57 years, Mary Celia Facciolo sons, Raymond A. Facciolo of Newtown Square and Frank A. Facciolo of Kennett Square daughters, Roseanne Sallette of New York, Mary Lou Aylesworth of Texas, Beth Danielson of Guthriesville brother, Raymond Facciolo of Springfield sister, Theresa Frangione of Concordville and 11 grandchildren.
