Michal SCHLICHTING and Eva MATYSCHOK (1849 - 1876) were married 1870 in Germany. The couple and their three oldest children: Stephan (b. 1870); Franziska (b. 1871); and Sophia (1874) arrived in New York City in April 1875. After Eva died on October 12, 1876 in Swan River Township, Morrison County, Minnesota (burial site unknown at this point), Michal married Marya MARSOLEK in 1877.
