NEW PALTZ - Charlotte Helene Muenchmeyer, 101, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at Ten Broeck Commons nursing home in Lake Katrine.
Born Feb. 15, 1906, in Berlin, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Fritz and Helene Franke Mursinsky. Her husband, Gerhard Muenchmeyer, died Feb. 27, 1997.
Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Pfaff of New Paltz and Sigrid Lueders of New Bern, N.C.; a son, Gerhard P. of New Bern, N.C.; and eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Copeland Funeral Home, Inc. with the Rev. William Wiecher officiating. Burial will follow in New Paltz Rural Cemetery.
