Michael died at home at the age of 56, The son of Grover "Buck" Kulhavy and Madeline (DeClerck) Kulhavy. He married Janet Jensen on July 25th, 1975 in Moline. Mike was a truck driver and also worked for Moline Consumers and the Great Quad City Auto Auction. He was a member of the Teamsters Union, local # 371 of Rock Island, Illinois. His hobby was Stock Car Racing. He is survived by his son Michael Jr. of Moline and granddaughter Kelsey, and sisters Vicky Raychel of Rock Island, Illinois, Kathy Adair of Rock Island, Illinois and Kris File of Moline, Illinois.
