Ovid Robert Blevins, 68, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Citizens Nursing Home, Havre de Grace.
He is survived by three daughters, Iona Pollard of Barrett, W.Va., Betty Privett of Street and Frances Lehr of Darlington; three brothers, Everett Blevins of Pulaski, Va., Garland Blevins of Dublin, Va., and Estle Blevins of Troutdale, Va.; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Oct. 10, at 3 p.m. from Reins-Sturdivant Chapel, Independence, Va., with Rev. Douglas Halsey officiating.
Interment was in Blevins Cemetery.
