Beryl Ann Holthaus, 68, of Onaga, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at her home.

She was born February 21, 1945, the daughter of Peter and Amanda Heiman Haverkamp She graduated from Baileyville High School in 1963.

Ann was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Onaga and the Ladies Guild at the church. She had served on the Onaga Cemetery Board and was a former member of the Red Hat Society and TOPS.

She had worked at various jobs. She worked at a bank in Seneca, she and her husband farmed, she drove the school bus at Onaga, worked at the Ensley Veterinary Clinic and was currently working at the Community Hospital in Onaga.

Ann married Gary L. Holthaus on October 2, 1965 at Baileyville. He survives, of the home. She was preceded in death by a son, Kevin J. Holthaus, who died June 17, 1981.

Other survivors include two sons, Bradley G. Holthaus and wife Lori, Topeka, and Matthew A. Holthaus and wife Heather, Maple Hill; two daughters, Julie A. Falk and husband Rodney, Maple Hill, and Dana M. Brock and husband Rocky, Kearney, MO; two brothers, Russell Haverkamp and wife Mary Ann, Baileyville, and Richard Haverkamp and wife Linda, Seneca; one sister, Kathleen Schraad, Seneca; twelve grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and one step-great grandson.

Mass of Resurrection will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 24th at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Onaga.. Cremation will follow the Mass. Inurnment will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery at Seneca.
