She was born Dec. 15, 1909, to Henry J. and Katarine (Printz) Krause in Timnath.
In January 1931, she married Herman Krause in Brighton.
Mrs. Krause graduated from Windsor High School, where she had been active in girls' basketball. She moved to La Salle from Windsor in 1931. She was a homemaker. Her husband died June 7, 1986.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of La Salle and Bible study groups of the church. She was a former member of the Beebe Draw Homemaker's Club.
Survivors are two sons, Kenneth of La Salle, and James of Greeley; two sisters, Helen Hinkle of Windsor, and Frances Kern of Marana, Ariz.; four brothers, Walter Krause of Paradise, Calif., Leroy Krause of Cupertino, Calif., Albert Krause of Sparks, Nev., and Ernest Krause of Greeley; and two grandchildren. A brother, Henry Jacob Krause Jr., is deceased.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Macy Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit until 6 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at the Macy Chapel.
Contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of La Salle for Campership.
