Vinessa Victoria Lozano was born June 2, 1993, in Willmar, Minnesota, the daughter of Eric and Robin Lozano. She moved, with her family, to Montevideo, Minnesota, in 2006. She played volleyball in junior high, worked at Pizza Ranch and was active on the yearbook staff during high school. Vinessa graduated from the Montevideo High School in 2011. She started working at Luther Haven Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant in October of 2011. She was a student at Minnesota West Community and Technical College at the Granite Falls Campus.
Vinessa passed away on January 13, 2012, at the Chippewa County Montevideo Hospital. She was 18 years of age. She is survived by her son Carson; parents: Robin and Eric; siblings: Vincent, Emmitt, Dalton, Colton, Terrance, Ryan, Heather, Erika, Eric, Ashley, Orlando and Eddie; maternal grandmother Paula Paradee and paternal grandparents Irma and Juan Lozano.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Velyndon Paradee.
