Cecil S. McKenzie, of Farmington, New Mexico passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013 in the loving care of his family in Hastings, Nebraska. Cecil was born in Manassa, Colorado to Claude & Adah (Hawkins) McKenzie.
Cecil met the love of his life, Jacqueline Poage in 1951 and they were married on January 2, 1952; she preceded him in death on August 5, 2013. They had 61 years together. Cecil coached little league baseball in Farmington, New Mexico for 14 years. He was a retired truck driver and a teamster for 30 years. He was an active member of the Farmington 4th Ward of the LDS Church.
Cecil was preceded in death by: parents; loving wife, Jacqueline McKenzie and sons, Cecil Eugene McKenzie and Kelly Ray McKenzie.
