Keith Alexander Epler, 89, of Billings, born April 9, 1916, to J.W. and Natie Epler at Dooley, Mont., a former longtime resident of Harlem, passed away Nov. 24, 2005, at Valley Health Care Center.

He married Cathleen Mae Ramey in Harlem on July 4, 1937. He is survived by his daughter, Margaret "Peggy" Epler Grimm and husband Dwight "D" of Argyle, Texas; granddaughters, Mrs. Darryl (Cindy Epler) Magnuson, Billings, Mrs. Robert (Candus Epler) Scheffelmaer, Harlem, Mrs. Gregory (Shannon Grimm) Hignight, Highland Village, Texas; grandson L. Keith Grimm and wife Angie, Roanoke, Texas; seven great-grandchildren; daughter in-law Marcella Epler Harlem; brother in-law Clare Sands, Lakeside; cousin Tom Ring and wife Jamie; nephews Steve, Jack and Craig Sands, Joe and Kent Epler. Keith was preceded in death by wife Cathleen; son James; grandson Curtis; his parents; his brother, Joe Junior; sister Donna Mae Epler Sands.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the First Presbyterian Church in Harlem.
