M.G. WELLNER, 64, SUCCUMBS
Dies Early This Morning; Funeral To Be Monday


Michael G. Wellner, 64, an employe of the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing company for 37 years, (white line) at his home, 1318 Washington street. He had been in failing health for four years and was unable to work for the last nine weeks.

Funeral Monday
The body will be removed to the residence Saturday afternoon from the Pfeffer funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the home at and nine o'clock at St. Boniface church. The Rev. Anthony Jaeckle will officiate and burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Mr. Wellner was a member of the Holy Name Society, Catholic Knights, St. Boniface society and the Catholic Family Protective association.
Mr. Wellner was born May 9, 1872, in the Town of Franklin, and was a resident of Manitowoc for the last 37 years. He married Theresa Bredl, Sept. 24, 1895.

Widow Survives
Survivors are the widow, five children and five grandchildren. There are two daughters, Mrs. Jerome Steinbrecher and Mrs. Alphonse Meyer, city; three sons, Fred, Reinhardt and Sylvester, city; one brother, George, Whitelaw; and five sisters, Mrs. Anton Kolbeck, Mrs. Mary Kolbeck and Mrs. Peter Neuser, all of this city, Mrs. Wolfgram Grall, Whitelaw and Mrs. Rose Jungen, Oshkosh.

Societies Will Recite Rosary For The Late Michael Wellner

The St. Theresa society of the St. Boniface church will meet at the Michael Wellner home, 1318 Washington Street, this evening at 7:30 o'clock to recite the rosary, Sunday at 7 p.m. the St. Boniface society will meet at the home to recite the rosary.

Michael Wellner, 64, a veteran employee of the Aluminum Goods company, died last Friday morning and was buried Monday.
The widow, two daughters, three sons, a brother and five sisters survive him.
