He is preceded in death by his mother Denise Christie in 1994.
He is survived by his grandparents, Robert B. and Billie Joyce Powell of Odessa, half brothers, Damien A. Christie of Odessa, Dennis Christie of Jacksonville, FL., Derrick Prince of San Angelo, Carl Powell and Bert Powell both of San Antonio.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ivy Shelton officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
