The mass of Christian Burial, celebrating the life of DelRoy (Roy) Kleve, 56, of Albany will be at 11:00 AM Monday, January 21 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Albany. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Roy died Friday at the St. Cloud Hospital.

There will be a time for friends and relatives to gather from4-8:00 PM Sunday (TODAY) and again after 10:00 AM Monday at the Seven Dolors parish center in Albany. Seven Dolors parish prayers will be at 6:00 PM Sunday at the parish center. Arrangements are being made by the Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home in Albany.

Roy was born April 28, 1951 in Sauk Centre to Walter and Delores (Hoppe) Kleve. He grew up in St. Rosa and Albany. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1970. Roy married Julie Kloeppner on March 2, 1984 in Seven Dolors Catholic Church. Roy worked as an auto mechanic, starting his career with Welle Inc in Albany, then working for R & L Repair in St. Cloud. In 1991, he opened his own repair shop, "Roy's Repair" in Albany where he worked for 10 years. In 2001, he sold his business and worked for Auto Value (National Bushing) in Albany and has spent the past three years working for Kevin's Sales and Service in Sauk Centre. Roy was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany.

Roy is survived by his wife, Julie Kleve, Albany; his son, Keith Kleve (Jessica Blenker), Avon; his mother, Delores Kleve, Albany; his brothers and sisters; Duane (LuAnn) Kleve, Albany; Joyce (Lornie) Middendorf, St. Rosa; Janice (Donnie) Braegelmann, Albany; Dennis Stafford, Regal; and Lilah (Ron) Stellmach, Gilman. He also leaves behind his wife's parents, George and Cordella Meier, Albany; sister-in-law, Sharon (James) Westphal and brother-in-law, Kevin (Cindy) Kloeppner and many nieces and nephews.

Roy is preceded in death by his father, Walter Kleve, Julie's father, Sigfried Kloeppner and his brother-in-law, Victor Kloeppner.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
