She was born April 19, 1898, in the Town of Kewaskum, a daughter of William and Dorothea Bernklau Muckerheide. She was married to Dorwin Perkins at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Sept. 22, 1926.
After their marriage they lived in the Chicago area until 1934 when they moved to Kewaskum. Mrs. Perkins was a retired employee of Regal Ware at Kewaskum.
She was a member of Christian Mothers of Holy Trinity Congregation at Kewaskum and a member of Washington County Senior Citizen Group.
Surviving are five children, Mrs. Marvin Schommer of West Bend, Harold, Mrs. Jacob Lawrenz and Marvin all of Kewaskum, and Mrs. William Kirschling of Eau Claire; 27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Thull and Miss Agnes Muckerheide both of rural Kewaskum and Mrs. William Kolzmar of Kenosha. Mrs. Perkins was preceded in death by her husband on July 29, 1965.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kewaskum, with the Rev. John T. Budde officiating. Burial will be in the New Holy Trinity Cemetery, Kewaskum.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at Miller‘s Funeral Home, Kewaskum.
