Funeral services were held Wednesday at First Lutheran Church in Temple with Patricia Dietrich officiating. Burial followed at Moffat Cemetery.
Mrs. Zuehlke was born in Page on Aug. 7, 1919, to the late William and Julie Mosebach Schmidt. She worked with her husband, Louis Zuehlke, in the family business, The Grove Lumber Yard. He preceded her in death in 1998. She was a Coryell County resident for many years.
She is survived by seven children, Robert Zuehlke of Austin, Harvey Zuehlke of Warrenton, VA, Harvey Zuehlke, Joe Zuehlke and Roy Zuehlke, all of Moody, Kathryn Warren of Garland and Peggy Rogers of Houston; brothers, Eddie Schmidt of San Antonio and Werner Schmidt of Austin ; sisters, Bertha Wieland of Pflugerville and Hattie Oertli of Austin; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren
