Born July 13, 1923, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Orville and Florence (Klingle) Roberts, she married Walter (Konieczny) Conway on Nov. 3, 1945, in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Donna was the manager of customer accounting for Ryerson Steel in Chicago for many years. She was a resident of Addolorata Villa in Wheeling for 10 years.
Survivors include one son, Jack (Gail) Conway; one daughter, Sandra (Peter) Smith; four grandchildren, Alex (Maria-Maria) Smith, Nicole (Chris) Merriam, Christine (Sean) Goodwin and Thomas Conway; five great-grandchildren; one brother, William (Rita) Roberts; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter; one son, Randall; two sisters, Mary and Carol; and two brothers, Orville and James.
Her funeral Mass will be held at noon Monday, Oct. 21, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 244 Waterman St., Sycamore, with the Rev. Paul Lipinski celebrating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the church. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
