She is survived by her sons, Jim Vermeule and wife Toni of Mabank and Jack Vermeule and wife Nancy of Desert Shores, Calif.; daughters, Joyce Beatty of Gun Barrel City, Judy Spears and husband Travis of Mabank and Janie Murphy of Hemet, Calif.; sisters, Mary Grau of Long Beach, Calif., Pat Welch of Seal Beach, Calif. and Kaye Henkenius of Fallmouth, Mass.; 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C. Vermeule in 1994.
Services were under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home."
