Theodore J. Rohl, 70, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning in his home on Rte. 5 where he farmed for the past 44 years. Born in Magnolia Township June 10, 1894, he was the son of John and Amelia Wilke Rohl. He married Anna Strunz in Rockford Oct. 24, 1917. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife; a son, George Strunz, Rte. 5; a daughter, Mrs. Philip Francis Jr., Rte. 2, Evansville; six grandchildren; three brothers, William and Ben Rohl, both of Janesville, and Edwin 0. Rohl, Footville; and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Johnson and Mrs. Stella Hermanson, both of Janesville. Four brothers, Oscar, Noble, John and Glen, and a sister, Mrs. Emma Kinna, predeceased him. Burial will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park.
