Ludwig H. Levy, owner of the Chickasaw Broom Manufacturing Company at 236 South Wellingotn, died at 1:30 p.m. yesterday, September 18, at his home, 1757 Carruthers after a heart attack. He was 61.
Born in Germany, Mr. Levy came to Memphis in 1938. He was a member of Temple Israel.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Irma M. Levy; a son, Joe Simon Levy, and a daughter, Marian Carol Levy, all of the Carruthers address; and a sister, Mrs. Meta L. Strauss of 1572 Overton Park.
Burial in Temple Israel Cemetery.
