He was born March 5, 1964 in Madison to the late Roy and Ellen Brown of Ottawa. Jackie grew up in Boone County, with most of his life spent in and around the Ottawa area.
His sister Sandra of Nitro has been his care giver for three years.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brother; Jimmy (Michelle) Brown of Red House, WV, sister; Sandra (Sean) Eads of Nitro, WV, nieces and nephews; Michael (Paige) Bartram, Marissa Bartram, Jessica Tacket, Chris (Gwen) Eads, Josh Eads, Hannah Ead, Matthew Brown, Kristin Cate, many family members and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with James Barker officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery, Clothier, WV.
