CAROLYN BUSCH RITES ARE INTONED MONDAY

Funeral services were held in St. Augustine's church Monday morning, the Rev. Theodore Koenn intoning the requiem high mass, for Miss Carolyn Mary Busch, aged 72 years and seven months, who died in her residence Thursday evening from a heart attack. Burial was made in the church cemetery.

The sudden death of Miss Busch was unexpected at the time, even though she had been ailing for a year. She was confined to bed since the first of the year.

A lifelong resident of here, Miss Busch was born Aug 31, 1871, a daughter of August and Carolyn Steskamp Busch. She attended the Minster schools and after attaining womanhood was employed for many years in the plant of the Minster Woolen Mills, which discontinued operation here a number of years ago.

She leaves the following sisters: Mrs. Josephine Ortman, Minster; Mrs. Anna Braun, Dayton; Mrs. Howard Sage, Flint, Mich.; Mrs. Louis Hafner, Minster; and Miss Agnes Busch, with whom she resided. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
