Mr. Kimmel died at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday in Union County Nursing Home, Anna.
He was a retired fisherman and owned and operated Kimmel Fish Market in Wolf Lake until a few years ago.
Mr. Kimmel was born March 7, 1903 in Wolf Lake to Cyrus and Isabel Snell Kimmel. He lived in Wolf Lake all his life.
Survivors include a sister, Josephine Malone, Tamms and two brothers, Ray and Thomas, both of Wolf Lake.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
