The death of Mrs. Otto Bauer occurred Wednesday, March 1, 1967 in Listowel Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since Monday. She was the former Lena Kistner and was born in Logan Township on June 12, 1898, the daughter of the late John Kistner and Auguste Scherbath. Following her marriage she and her husband farmed at lot 28, con. 11, Logan Township.
She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses and is survived by one son, Harold, Logan Township, five grandchildren; four brothers, Daniel, Stettler, Alta., John, Fred and Gordon Kistner, Logan Township. She was predeceased by her husband in 1961; a daughter, Elsie, Mrs. Donald Bevan in 1960 and one brother, Charles.
