Survivors include his parents, Crystal L. Black and John M. Clarke; brother Skylar Black and sister Savannah Wilbur, all of Elkhart; maternal grandparents Charlene and Rubin Barnett of Sturgis, MI.; maternal great-grandparents George and Charlene Black of Constantine, MI.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Caleb was a fifth grade student at Beardsley Elementary School and a member of the football team. He loved playing his guitar, drawing art, listening to music, soccer and spending time at LoveWay Inc. with his favorite horse "Flirt."
The family received friends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at The Ol' Rugged Fellowship Church, 2010 Markle Ave., Elkhart. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Pastor Jermaine Sanders and the Rev. Jeffery Barnes officiated.
The family requested that memorial donations be given to Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart.
