Catharine/Catharina married Johan Heinrich Stricker or Striecker in Germany in 1828. They had a son they named Heinrich Striecker. The family immigrated to the USA in 1835 and settle in Cincinnati, Ohio. Johan Stricker died in 1839. Catharine married a widower, Johan Mathias Geoke who had three small daughters, Josephine, Elizabeth and Catherine. The blended family moved to Auglaize Co. west of Minster. Johnan and Catharine had a son they named Mathias.
