Funeral arrangements are pending for John G. Bellendir, 94, 435 N. Lake. He died Tuesday at his home. He was born Oct. 15, 1867 in Russia and came to Topeka in 1931.
He was a retired employee of the Santa Fe Railway and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Mr. Bellendir is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lena Bellendir of the home; two sons, Andrew of Sheboygan, Wis., and Alexander, Chicago; one daughter, Mrs. Anna Steinbock of Akron, Ohio; and two brothers, Andrew of Wamego and Adam of Salina.
Brennan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
