Meadville Resident Dies At Home Early Today
Harry L. Siegrist, 69 years old, Meadville resident, died unexpectedly at his home about 11 o'clock this morning. The body was taken to the Wright Funeral Home, Meadville. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
His survivors include his wife Althea, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Carroll Lomax, Leclede, Mrs. William Schondelmeyer, Independence, Mo.; three sons, Kermit, St. Louis, Max, Florissant, Mo., Dale, Wichita, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Littrell, and Mrs. Buel Waite, both of Wheeling; two brothers, Kenneth, Huntington, Ark., and Leo, of Kansas City, and 13 grandchilren.
Mr. Siegrist was born Dec. 25, 1891, in San Jose, Ill. His parents were Charles and Eva May (Newkirk) Siegrist. He married Althea Fell, March 12, 1914.
Mr. Siegrist was active in farming and worked with the Livestock Shipping Association in Meadville.
