Martina Kreutzer-Windholz, 81, Victoria, died Aug 5, 2001, at Russell Regional Hospital. She was born Nov 6, 1919, in Munjor to Alois and Mathilda (Hertel) Younger.

She married John Kreutzer on Sept 10, 1940, in Hyacinth. He died Dec 18, 1962. She married Frank J Windholz on Nov 13, 1984, in Victoria. He died Nov 23, 1997.

She was a homemakre and spent her lifetime in the Ellis County area. She was a member of St Fidelis Catholic Church and Christian Mothers Altar Society, both of Victoria.

Survivors include three daughters, Carol Jean Foos, Great Bend, Rose Kreutzer, Victoria, and Mary Walter, Bellville, IL; two brothers, Elmer Younger, Yocemento, and Marvin Younger, Ellis; a sister, Mildred Windholz, Hays; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Albina Stecklein; a son, Solomon Kreutzer; two daughters, Betty Lou Kreutzer and Shirley Braun; and a grandson.

Services were Aug 8 at Cline's Mortuary of Hays, with Father Frank X Grinko officiating; burial in St Joseph Cemetery, Hays. Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Snow or Masses.
