died of a heat attack at his home early today to follow his wife in death by only eight days. Mrs. Mary Bernhard, suffered a stroke and died May 15.
A resident of Mansfield for 57 years, Mr. Bernhard was born in Germany, December 23, 1866, and was employed at the old Aultman-Taylor Co. and Bissman Co.
He is survived by a son, Carl; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Teeters, Mrs. Elizabeth
Roth, and Miss Katherine Bernhard, all of Mansfield.
Services will be held at the Wappner Funeral Home Wednesday at 1:30. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
