Ramona relieved her Master's Degree in Reading from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1969. She retired from the Oshkosh School District after 34 years of teaching. Ramona was a member of First English Lutheran Church, the American Legion Post No.70, the Noble Ladies and the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem 2.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Jensen of Oshkosh, a daughter Jane (Michael) O'Connor of Auburn, Washington, two sons, Philip (Susan) Zuehlke of Germantown, and Mark (Belinda) Zuehlke of Oshkosh, a brother, Corliss (Benita) Kane of Spokane, Washington, a brother-in-law, Art Risner, two sister-in-laws, Loraine Kane and Ester (Milton) Schumacher, six grandchildren, Scott, Brian, Dana, Matthew, Jill and Lindsey., and other relatives. She was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
Funeral services for Ramona will be held on Tuesday, August 20 at 7:30 P.M. at First English Lutheran Church, 1013 Minnesota Street, with Reverend Kurtiss Hoffman officiating. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 3:30 until the time of Services. Private burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
