BRADLEY ALLEN MEYER was born to Barbara & Fred Meyer on January 19, 1959. He died on October 25, 2007, six months after diagnosis with metastasized melanoma cancer.

As he lived his life, he was eternally optimistic and determined to overcome cancer.

Survivors include his adored daughter Kristen, his mother and father, sisters Cheryl Lynn Bouldin and Amy Meyer Barrentine, and hundreds of devoted friends.

Brad attended St. Marks in Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1981. He earned his CPA simultaneously with his college graduation and served as the president of Star Tickets in Austin from 1990 until 2005 - starting with two ticket outlets and expanding to over 300 outlets in three states.

His contribution to the Austin Jaycees was unsurpassed - personally earning recognition as "Best Chapter President in the Nation" in '87 with the chapter earning "Outstanding Chapter in the World" under his direction. Perhaps his most far reaching contribution was as the pyrotechnician for spectacular July 4 shows throughout central Texas over the past 15 years.

A memorial will be held at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, 9800 Preston Road, Dallas Texas on Saturday November 3 at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Crowley Cancer Center at Baylor Hospital, 1717 Main St., Suite 600, Dallas, TX 75201.
