Born near Brushtown, west of McSherrystown, Adams County, PA, She was the daughter of Ephraim Topper and his first wife, the late Sarah S (Riffle) Topper. She is also survived by one half-sister Miss Mary Topper of Brushtown and three half-brothers, Samuel Ephrem Topper, Edgegrove; William Joseph Topper, Hanover, and Cornelius Moses Topper, Bonneauville. She also survived by her husband John Lewis Neiderer. Ellen was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Magdalena "Lizzie" (Topper) Livelsberger, that lived at EdgeGrove, Adams, County, PA. and Twin sisters Lousie M Topper and Sarah Catherine Topper.
