Mrs. Mary Ann Nicewonger

Mrs. Mary Ann Nicewonger, widow of the late Jacob Nicewonger, died at the home of her grandson, Jesse Dick, of near Heilwood, on Sunday morning, November 22, at 2:30 a.m. The deceased was 78 years and 21 days old and had lived all her life in Cherryhill township. She had enjoyed perfect health up until Saturday, when she was seized with an attack of heart trouble which resulted in her death Sunday morning. She is survived by the following children: Elmer Nicewonger, of Heilwood; Anna Waltermire, of near Penn Run; Margaret Learn, of Erie; James Dick of Clymer, and Hetrick Dick, of Kenwood. The three latter were children of her first husband, Michael Dick. She also leaves 24 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. The deceased was a member of the Brethren church. Funeral services were conducted at the home of her grandson, Jesse Dick, Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock, by Rev. Walter E. Ruch. Interment was made in the Nicewonger burying ground near Clymer.
