Anna Zeitler is the child of Konrad Zeitler and Elizabeth Schultz. Konrad is a brother to David Zeitler, my 2nd gr-grandfather. Anna is 1st cousin to Sophia Simon-Schleicher. She married Henry Gorte, a brother to my great grandfather, Fred John Gorte. This means that one of my dad's maternal relatives married one of his paternal relatives. Their children are Lillian Gorte Blackson and Norman Gorte.
Anna came to the US in the early 1900's with her family, but in 1913 her parents and sisters Dorothea and Elizabeth, returned to somewhere in Europe.
