Donald was the son of Howard Seay & Frances Katherine Tribble Buchanan. Brother to: Robert Marion, Howard Jasper & Katherine Elizabeth Buchanan Harper. A veteran of the US Air Force, he served during WWII. He was married to Betty Jo Tatum from 1949 - 1982. Fathered: Dennis Webb, 01/29/51; Janet Lynn, 06/17/59; Mary Lisa, 12/29/63. Retired from US Postal Service, Elberton, GA. Member of: Elberton First United Methodist Church, Elks Club #1100,& Elberton VFW. He moved to Mississippi & Married Ruth Evelyn Rucker Thomas 11/29/1989, later divorced & moved back to Elberton. He died at home & was cremated per his wishes & ashes scattered. (No memorial.) He had 4 grandchildren: Michael Steven Vaughn, Amy Lynn Vaughn. Jonathan Paul Franklin, Katie Elizabeth Franklin.
